With four decades of experience shaping hospitality, food and beverage, and guest-driven environments, she brings a leadership style that blends aesthetic instinct, operational precision, and a deep commitment to client outcomes. Grounded in careful observation of people, place, and purpose, Dawn believes the most meaningful spaces feel both effortless and deeply considered.
Under her guidance, Sparrow Studio delivers elevated environments that reflect impeccable taste, thoughtful investment, and story driven design. Dawn approaches each project as a strategic partnership, guiding work from early vision through execution with clarity and a steady hand.

Senior Interior Designer
Monique Luening is a seasoned interior designer with over a decade of experience and a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Arkansas. Blending creativity with precision, she designs spaces that are both functional and visually captivating. With a fine arts background, she adds artistic sensibility to practical solutions, creating a balance of form and function.
Monique is known for her attention to detail and expertise in FF&E, custom millwork, and technical documentation. She skillfully curates materials, colors, and textures to bring clarity, efficiency, and beauty to every project.
As Senior Interior Designer at Sparrow Studio, she is committed to creating environments that reflect each client’s vision.
Outside of work, Monique finds inspiration in travel, gardening, and home renovation, infusing her projects with fresh perspectives and natural elements.
