With a diverse background and over 15 years of experience in the design industry, Kat is passionate about turning her clients’ visions into reality. She plays a key role in creating exceptional spaces and inspiring innovation in design. She is dedicated to helping businesses become as successful as possible.
As a licensed interior designer, Kat has worked on various projects, including commercial offices, five-star hotels, mixed-use developments, multi-family residences, and restaurants. Between design roles, she gained experience in sales and business development, expanding her knowledge and connections.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Kat earned her Interior Design degree from Louisiana State University. She loves collaborating with clients to develop concepts that align space with business goals, ensuring every design decision has purpose and direction. With her expertise in design software, she brings projects to life through detailed construction documentation and immersive 3D visualizations.

Shannon Giordano is a communications and marketing professional with a passion for events, promotions, strategy, and storytelling—and a résumé that reads like a greatest hits album of industries: law, construction, hospitality, blogging, and nonprofit.
With over 15 years of experience, she brings a creative, adaptable mindset to every project, no matter the setting (or how many acronyms are involved).
Known for her high energy and a positive attitude that could probably be bottled and sold as a productivity booster, Shannon thrives on bringing people together, whether it’s for a strategic campaign, a high-impact event, or just some good old-fashioned networking.
She approaches every initiative with a rare mix of strategic discipline and unshakable enthusiasm. Shannon is the person who turns vague ideas into well-oiled plans, and she somehow makes it look easy (even when it's definitely not).
